Message to New Graduates

We are a team providing high-quality work from Vietnam in three specialized areas that support the Japanese construction industry: "Design," "Energy Efficiency," and "Drafting."

We offer training programs and support systems to ensure new graduates can start their careers with confidence, even without experience. You will learn how to read drawings, use software, and understand Japanese building regulations from the basics, in a thorough learning environment.

Those interested in design can join as a "Design Engineer", those who want to utilize their drawing skills can become a "CAD Operator", and those who excel in logical thinking and environmental matters can take on the role of "Energy Efficiency Calculation Staff".

Each person can leverage their strengths in the suitable job. Please bring your "likes" and "strengths" to our team and make the most of them.

Your initial assignment does not determine your future. You can expand your career as you grow, and there are opportunities to work on upstream project phases in collaboration with Japanese staff.

We welcome applicants who love architecture, want to do meaningful work for society, and wish to learn Japanese technology.

Creating the future together,
towards a new stage.
