Article 1 (Personal Information)

Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the following cases are not considered third-party provision:

When requested by the user, the Company will disclose personal information without delay. However, disclosure may be withheld in whole or in part if:

- It may significantly hinder the proper execution of the Company's business
- It violates other laws and regulations
A fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged for disclosure.
- Information other than personal information, such as history and characteristics, will not be disclosed in principle.
Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
- Users may request correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") of their personal information held by the Company if it is incorrect.
- If the Company determines that the request is necessary, it will promptly make the correction, etc.
- The Company will notify the user without delay if it makes the correction, etc., or decides not to make the correction.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)
- If the user requests suspension or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "suspension, etc.") of personal information due to use beyond the scope of the purpose or acquisition by fraudulent means, the Company will investigate without delay.
- If the Company determines that the request is necessary, it will promptly suspend or delete the personal information.
- The Company will notify the user without delay if it suspends or deletes the personal information or decides not to do so.
- Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if suspension, etc., is difficult due to high cost or other reasons, and alternative measures can be taken to protect the user's rights and interests, the Company will take such alternative measures.
Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)
- The contents of this Policy may be changed without notifying the user, except as otherwise provided by law or this Policy.
- Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect when posted on this website.
